This attractive little Chateau, built in cut stone in the traditional local style, is the ideal venue for a family holiday at any time of year, as well as for larger reunions: the Chateau has hosted weddings and a variety of other gatherings over the years, to include cycling tours, Scuba diving, wine-tasting trips and language courses. There is also excellent golf and bird watching in the area.

The property sleeps 12 people with a supplement of £50 pp/pw for two extras.   The overall property can sleep up to 50 people when the cottages are also used.  However, the Chateau is totally private and is not overlooked by the cottages which are in a different section with their own gardens and pool.  Details of the cottages can be found elsewhere on this web site.

On your map you will find us on the mainland opposite the island of Oleron. The seaside resort of Royan is nearby and the local town of Marennes has everything you need while the village caters for essentials. The area is rich in history and boasts the best climate in France with as many hours of sunshine as the Mediterranean coast.
